There are five of them there (they kind of sleep on top of one another). We'll put them out in the field in a few weeks, and then raise them until they reach 200 pounds in the fall, and then have them slaughtered. One reason to have pigs is that they help dig up the soil in areas where it is very compacted.
They're pretty wild right now but we hope they'll get a bit more friendly.
